We are committed to strict quality assurance. In fact, all production processes and quality control procedures are fully documented for consistency. It's our way of ensuring you the best products and service possible. Some of our quality assurance measures include:

• Quality manual meets MIL-I-45208 requirements for both operating procedures and work instructions.
• Pattern and process inspection is performed on every job before entering production.
• Chemistry checked on every ladle poured via in-house spectrograph using the ASTM E-305 arc spark point top plane method.
• Sand is monitored by a Hartley Sand Compactability Controller which checks and makes adjustments to every batch of sand.
• When required, test bars are poured along with the casting.
• Testing for physical properties are completed in-house.
• Conductivity testing is available in our in-house lab.
• First article inspection reporting when required.
• All measuring devices and instrumentation are calibrated and traceable to NIST guidelines.
