Utilizing materials from a full range of non-leaded bronze and copper alloys, Erie Bronze produces superior quality green sand castings up to 500 pounds. We currently utilize 2 types of molding lines: cope and drag line and an automatic molding line. The cope and drag line allows us to use more traditional molding techniques to create larger bronze sand castings. The automated high-capacity molding line along with the ability to alloy our own metals allows customers to receive the same high quality bronze casting with every pour. Our state-of-the-art facility houses the latest and greatest technology and equipment.

All of our copper based bronze sand castings alloys are non-leaded.
