Utilizing the latest engineering technologies

Each new casting starts with the development of a solid model in Pro Engineer. This allows us to accurately quote any bronze sand casting. The gating system is also drawn in Pro Engineer as a solid model. The casting(s) and gating system solid models are then imported into our solidification simulator. The Solid Cast solidification simulator allows us to analyze the solidification process ensuring the highest quality parts the first time. The solidification simulator also allows us to maximize a most cost effective casting to help create the best value for our customers.
